TikTok Shop management
We run the shop end to end — setup, listings, pricing, orders, compliance and reporting — so your team can stay on the brand rather than the platform.
In short
TikTok Shop management means someone owns the storefront every day: the listings are optimised and in stock, the pricing and bundles are set for how people actually buy on TikTok, orders go out on time, compliance stays clean, and someone reads the numbers every week and changes something. DCA does all of that as a certified partner, which also means a direct line into TikTok when something needs escalating.

What's included
- Shop setup, verification and category approval
- Product listings written for how people search inside TikTok, not copied from your Shopify descriptions
- Pricing, bundling and promotion structure built for the platform's buying behaviour
- Inventory sync and order management
- Compliance review, violation handling and escalation through our partner contacts
- Returns and customer service handling
- Weekly reporting on what sold, through which creator and which format
How it works
Audit
We look at the product, the category, the margin and the competitive set, and tell you honestly whether TikTok Shop is a fit. Some categories are not, and it is cheaper to find that out in week one.
Build
Shop setup, verification, category approval, listings, imagery, pricing and bundle structure. Compliance documentation gets cleared before anything goes live.
Launch
Listings live, creator seeding begins, first live sessions scheduled, fulfillment connected.
Operate
Daily order and compliance management, weekly reporting, continuous adjustment to listings, pricing and creator mix.
Common questions
How long does it take to get a TikTok Shop live?
For a brand with product, imagery and compliance documentation ready, a shop can be live in two to three weeks. Categories with additional requirements — supplements, cosmetics, food — take longer because the documentation has to clear TikTok's review before listings go up.
Do we keep ownership of the shop?
Yes. The shop, the seller account and all the data in it belong to your company. DCA operates it under permissions you grant and can revoke. Any agency that wants to own your seller account is a problem.
What happens if we get a compliance violation?
We handle it. Violation handling is part of shop management, and it is one of the practical benefits of working directly with people at TikTok rather than through a queue — there is someone to escalate to.
Do you work with brands already on TikTok Shop?
Often. A stalled shop is usually a listing, pricing or creator problem rather than a content problem, and those are diagnosable in the first week.
