Creator and affiliate programs
Creator affiliates are the sales force on TikTok Shop. We recruit them, brief them, pay them correctly and manage the ones who perform.
In short
On TikTok Shop the creators do the selling. A brand with a good product and no creator programme will sit still. DCA builds and runs that programme, and we do it through partner specialist networks rather than pretending to a roster we do not have. Those partners hold thousands of vetted US creators organised by category, which means matched creators in week one instead of a recruitment exercise that takes months. We handle the rest: seeding product, writing briefs that convert without creating compliance problems, setting commission structure, and concentrating spend behind the creators and angles that actually move units.

How it works
Match
We map your category against the partner networks and pull the creators whose audiences and past selling performance fit. Follower count is a poor predictor of sales and we do not select on it.
Seed
Product goes out to an initial group with briefs covering claims, format and offer. Sample shipping runs out of the warehouse we work inside, so this takes days rather than weeks.
Read
Two to four weeks in, the data shows which creators, formats and angles are converting. Most of what you learn here is surprising.
Scale
Commission, spend and recruitment concentrate behind what worked. Underperforming creators are cycled out rather than carried.
Common questions
Are these DCA's own creators or someone else's?
Mostly partner networks, and we would rather say so plainly. DCA does not maintain a large in-house roster of contracted creators. What we do is operate your programme through partner specialists who already run vetted US creator networks in specific categories, plus the creators we recruit directly for your brand. In practice this is the faster route anyway: the network already exists and is already matched to your category, so you get creators in week one rather than waiting on a roster to be built from scratch.
Who pays the creators?
Creators earn commission on sales they generate, paid through TikTok's affiliate system. You set the commission rate with us. Some campaigns also use a flat fee for higher-tier creators, and those are agreed case by case.
How many creators does a brand need?
Fewer than most people expect at the start and more than most expect later. The pattern is a small seeded group to find which angles convert, then scale hard behind the two or three that work. Recruiting hundreds of creators before you know what sells produces volume and no revenue.
What stops creators from saying something non-compliant?
Briefing and review. Every creator gets a brief with approved claims and prohibited language, which matters most in supplements, beauty and anything health-adjacent. This is also where a certified partner is useful, because the rules change and we hear about it earlier.
